When I listen to music and can relax with my eyes closed.
I'm sitting outside in the morning and the sun is shining on me, when I have no responsibilities.
I feel most peaceful when it's raining. I love the sound of water. My happy place, is by a fire, cosy in a blanket, reading a book, with a cup a tea in my hand. It's night and there's rain falling outside. That's where I'm most at peace.
The most peaceful feeling in the world, and I feel so lucky that I have this to experience in my life, even though my life is difficult in so many other ways: When my sister, who has down's syndrome, and I are alone together watching a movie or something, and I caress her back or do something that she enjoys, and she looks at me and smiles the brightest sweetest smile I have seen anywhere and probably will ever see anywhere. I tell you, that is when my heart feels at peace and when I think everything is worthwhile.
I feel most peaceful when I'm anywhere surrounded by nature, really. Especially when having a coffee, watching the sunrise along with some beautiful music or a good book.
When i play guitar and listen to good music. I enjoy spending time with friends and family too..
@Prudentgirl45 my ukulele has the same effect on me!
@GabiAlbarn Wow great😊😊
Another time I feel peaceful is when I'm with dogs or with children. They're so cute! Seeing them happy, makes me happy!
I am most peaceful when night turns to day as somehow I have endured another night of no sleep but somehow still alive!
@imaginativeJar9004 somehow! Lol
@imaginativeJar9004 - yes! *high five*
A day without school, where I'm all by myself in my cold and comfy bedroom, lying down on my bed and minding my own business surfing the Internet and chatting with my online friends, all my thoughts are completely away from the worries and horrible happenings I've gone through or am going through, especially the school bullies who spoke the harshest words that came from their mouth and were a pain to my ears. I can visualize this peaceful scene happening somewhere around 5AM, probably because morning is my favorite time of the day and that I can get to see the sunrise time by time.
This kind of comfort zone hasn't ever happened to me yet and I really damn wish it will do.
I meditate first thing in the morning and the last thing at night. ❤❤❤❤ #Namaste
