Before I want to check in with all of you, I want to wish you all a happy new year and I hope 2025 will be awesome pawesome for all of you <3. I

are going. As we continue our efforts to make new members feel welcome
and integrated into our awesome pawesome community, your feedback and
experiences are incredibly valuable to us <3.

1. How is the new year going so far? any plans and goals for this year?
New Year feels the same as any other day. I think it's because of holiday burnout. My goals for this year are to improve my leadership and manage my time more efficiently. And of course welcome members. 😛
2. How are you finding the current welcome process that we use at the moment?
I think it works out just fine.
3. Are there any challenges or concerns you've encountered while welcoming new members or in general?
Everything is pretty much smooth sailing.

I think the check-ins are a good idea.
