My listener disappeared and now it won't let me try a different one!

He didn't even give me ten minutes of his time! And I really need to talk to someone but the app says I have to wait until tomorrow when it wasn't my fault it was the listener!

@Shelby1970 I think you can still choose a listener from the Browse Listeners page. Any listener who has a Chat Now button should be able to chat.

It's helpful if you can report any of our listeners who lets you down. One way to do that is here: Submit a request

I think it goes for evryone because it said I can only have limited number of requests.also did he hide his conversation with you ?or did he just leve in the middle of a conversation?

@Shelby1997 As for the listener leaving, without saying anything, that would be consider unprofessional. When that happens, please review the listener at the end of the chat. Write a review, stating this. Listeners do get coaching e-mails from time to time. They do get reviewed by the Listener Evaluation Team here at 7cups. Also, the Admin Team reviews, each member reviews and rating before approving it. If it is needed, listeners can get written up for this and receive Behavioral Points. So please keep this in mind the next time this happens. I hope this helps you, some.
