Where to contact if I am unable to login to my Listener's account?

Where to contact if I am unable to login to my Listener's account? I had been a Listener for some time but now I cannot login to my Listener's account because when I try to login my Member page opens up straightaway instead of 7-cups taking me to the page where option to either login as a Listener or a Member is available.

Hi @neatWalker1355it seems that this is some sort of a bug since I have seen a couple of people ask about it around the forum. I would suggest to submit a support ticket on this page and explain your problem so that our developer can look into it. I hope this helped. Good luck!
