Therapy Payment Questions

I'm considering therapy, and I have a few questions about payments. Unfortunately, there doesn't seem to be a FAQ about that, and I can't find anywhere else to ask questions. Is there someone I can talk to, to get information without having to subscribe and give credit card information first? I don't mind paying for therapy; my questions are specifically regarding methods.

@Whisper292 It's not clear what your questions are. If you ask the actual questions here, someone who knows the answers might reply.

Another approach would be to Submit a request in the Help Center, and you might get a reply by e-mail.

@Whisper292 What RarelyCharlie said plus https://help.7cups.com/hc/en-us/search?utf8=%E2%9C%93&query=therapy has some info. You can also email support@7cups.com although I find lately responses have been lacking to emails, as well as the request form. There's a phone number given too, I have never used it. 844-755-8557
