Reviews won't show up on my profile?
Hi! I'm a newbie, and the format of 7cups is taking a little while to adjust to. I had a member (who I had a great chat with, I made sure to hear them out and follow the rules as best I could!) and they said they left a review on my profile, but it's not showing up? Sorry if I sound dim, this a a bit new to me.
@sweetnsoft Welcome to the community! Reviews can take up to a couple of days to appear on your profile as they have to be approved first

Thank you! That really clears things up.
In the beginning, I had the same concern too about people leaving reviews and the time it took for them to show up on my profile. But, nonetheless, no longer than a week usually until the appear on your profile

The same happened with me earlier but the reviews did not show up even after 2 days.
If anything of this sort happens, I guess it is best to send a support ticket.

Hi! Just chiming in that you don't need to send a support ticket :) As @Rose said, somtimes it takes a bit, especially if there are a lot. They're all hand processed. I'd give it a week. If it still hasn't shown, send me a PM and I'll see if I can figure out what happened.
