Recurring issues and misuse of the site

I'm very pleased to be part of the community and so far I have had mostly good experiences on here, so for that, a big thank you to everyone, fellow listeners and members alike :)

Unfortunately though, I have had some issues on here that seems to only get worse lately, to me at least, and thought I'd share and see if they're actually common. Sorry in advance if this has been brought up before. First of all, I keep getting messages from other listeners to chat casually, which usually leads to either inappropriate messages or requests for social media handles, or others that begin by describing a problem, I keep trying to listen to them, they always ask for advice or help on something, I try my best to help them, they always brush it off and keep asking the same question over and over again. I have noticed that it's always listeners who have never taken a single chat request, as their chat number on their profile is always zero.

Also, I have been opening lately general chat requests, and the member doesn't respond at all, but I see that they go on the general request queue once again as if no one has accepted their original request. I try to ask if they are still there, and many times they block me altogether, despite not having talked to me at all!

Last thing is the private requests; Every time I appear to be online, I keep getting private chat requests that end up being inappropriate or ask my opinion on general subjects, often inappropriate but sometimes not, and in general it looks like they do not really need support at all. It really makes me not want to be online at all anymore, because it's distracting.
