Points? Badges?
Hey, first day here. What are points and badges and all this for? Like what happens with them and what do they mean? Not like it's the reason I'll be using the app, just curious as to what they mean. Thanks!
@AmuckAmuckAmuck Points and badges are mostly no more than a record of your activity at 7 Cups, and they mostly have no other meaning. Some people like to collect them and other people ignore them.
But there are some things at 7 Cups you can only do if you have certain points and badges. It would be helpful if we had a list of what these things are, but I don't think I have ever seen one. Maybe @7CupsCommunity knows where there is one, or knows who to ask.

We do not currently have a masterlist of the growth point / badge thresholds for activities. For members, these thresholds generally only come up for leadership positions or visiting group support rooms. For example, to become a forum supporter, a member must have 25 forum upvotes and 50 forum upvotes. Another common example is entering the 35+ room, which requires connecting with 5 listeners.
