Agreed! It's so important to set boundaries early on . And be compassionate, empathize, reply promptly and genuinely care for the member like a friend! Not every chat will be great no matter how hard you try, so hang in there and know you did your best!! 💓

@charming92 Boundaries on what you will/won't talk about, and time boundaries. How long you're available for each chat, etc.
