How to join sharing circle?

I'm on android app. Got prompted to join a guided discussion but when I clicked, it only brought me to the sharing circle window without registering me first, meaning I didn't actually join the discussion.

Hey moquila, do you mean you wish to join the sharing circle but are unable to ?
