What subjects should be taught in school but aren’t?


I think self-defence courses should be taught in schools.

Self defense is definitely an important thing for everyone to know, it will be fantastic for schools teaching this as a subject, I agree.

I guess lots of life skills, we learn with time, could be taught in school hehe, like a whole another subject, just to talk about life and such. How to navigate it better, discuss common challenges etc.

Mental health awareness will always be a top notch subject too! 😊

@Sunisshiningandsoareyou You are absolutely right Sun. Psychology as a subject is in a specific domain but general mental health awareness should be a subject which should be taught in schools so that people do not suffer or feel lonely in hard times :)

@persistentSail2046 yep. I think this is the need for time because daily life stressors make everyone emotionally disturbed, resulting in emotional dysregulation. The same happens to me.
