Favorite background noise
Recently, I started thinking about sounds around me and what is the most relaxing background or ambient sound that helps me feel more relaxed. I have tried several recently, just having them on in the background while I am studying or working. My favorite is the sound of rain...it is so relaxing that sometimes it makes me a bit sleepy lol

The sound of heavy rain & wind/thunderstorm when I'm falling asleep
I like hearing crickets chirp- or hearing locusts in the fall
Hey @halcyonCloud2036 the sounds that are most relaxing to me when I need it most is the rain or thunderstorms. I’ve also found out that bombs sometimes relax me also. Let me explain because I know your thinking I’m weird right now. I live next to the Army base and sometimes when the Army is out training the bombs going off sounds relaxing.

But my most favourite one is fire.🌟 It's just amazing.
