school is ending and that's not always a great thing

- This is a bit of a vent, I suppose. -

So if you live where I do, you hae about 1 week left of school. It's ending, the world is going to be a lot more fun. Except no. At least for me. I lose a majority of my access to both my devices and therefore, most of my access to my friends, during the summer, especially if my grades aren't near all A's. Which isn't quite the case. [ My parents want me to improve specifically in ELA and Math, which haven't really changed, ;-; ] I also have a large influx of chores and cleaning, since I have more time. I also have a lot more things to do in general, which makes summer often feel alike a loop and boring.

If you relate to this, good for you. If you don't, good for you as well. Thanks for listening.

Oh yes, back in the day, when I was still in school, I end up doing summer school. So, even when the regular school-year has ended, my studies continue on until end of July. Then, the only summer I have is August. So, I know how it feels when the regular school-year has ended and yet you have all the other things you need to do during the summer, because you didn't have time to do it during the school-year. It can be boring and seem like a never-ending cycle.

Give yourself some rewards at the end of each accomplished task. It would feel less like "work".
