overwhelmed

I feel so overwhelmed and anxious. Im tired, stressed and I had a panic attack last night. It feels like im suffocating. I want so badly to be free and happy but school is bringing so much on me. I feel like i have to be what every one else wants me to be and live up to their expectations. Im not myself anymore. I need help

@PhoenixOnFire123 when your feeling overwhelmed with anything it can help to only focus on one small thing at a time and when thats finished then focus on the next instead of thinking about everything that needs done. Agreed. One thing at a time. So what you can and forget the rest. Nothing is as urgent as our minds makes it out to be. Breathe! Rest! Be gentle with yourself.

I was that way when I was in college. Felt like I had to do it but was miserable. You don’t have to do anything you want to do. I stopped and moved back home to find a job. I went back in my thirties to finish my degree, but for me not anyone else. You won’t always feel this way. Listen to your heart and do what YOU want to do. You owe no one anything. I hope this helps.
