You can have 1 on 1 chat with a trained volunteer, or a group chat (these are usually more hectic and people who require more support might benefit more from 1 on 1) then there is also an option to get an expert therapist but this is paid service.

@stripylittlemonkey I'm sure others have already helped but you can talk to a listener , respond to things that people write, don't bother with the group chats because people on those act like you don't exist and never take the time to actually talk to you
