@amiableBunny4016 it's ok to feel sad. When I feel sad I get active in a gym or go to a local restaurant and sit at the bar with others. I also like making a big bowl of popcorn, getting in a fluffy robe, and watching a really funny or action packed move. Use orange essensential oils to lift your mood.

I feel lonely most of the day. Perhaps if we're all lonely together, we can take comfort in that connection.
Even though I know I should push myself to be social or join a club, gym, etc, my motivation is zero. It's so hard to do what we need to do when we feel like we can't do it, right?
