hey! Does anyone know how to tell their parents you need a therapist when they are in denial about you going through stuff? if yes, then do tell me.

Hi there! It can definitely be tough when our family isn't open to hearing about the struggles we go through. When you have tried talking to them before, what usually happens? Are they willing to hear anything?

@SociusVj, though I appreciate the advice, I just never feel safe with my parents to tell them through these methods.
