Hello everyone,
i new here. Hence i have been taking physiotherapy for approximately 5 weeks. I see that is helping me in coping with my emotions, overthinking and assumptions based scenarios that i always have on my mind. Hence i’m here to discuss multiple issues that i face on day to day bases which are getting drained by friends family and partner. Not wanting to talk based on mental energy and hence overthinking about other peoples problems which anyone is facing. What i look for at this point is a piece of advice to cope and your coping strategy’s. Thank you in advance :)
@wittyguy1308 Hi and welcome! Im kinda new here too, only been here for a while. Im no expert but i would like to help you if you want. I have always found that talking about the toughts that makes us overthink helps one realize that they arent as mounstrous as they appear in our heads. You can also talk to a listener or vent in the sharing circle chat in here anytime if you want. I wouldnt recomend doing it in the main chat room, tho. It can get crowded. Hope you are doing better!
