Question about messaging listeners directly
Hi! My name is Ren, and I have some questions about messaging listeners individually. I'm wondering if members are able to send a direct message to listeners. Is that something that many listeners might be okay with? Can a member message a listener and ask if they'd be okay chatting individually, just like a member can click the "Chat" button and be paired with a listener?
@Ren1478 Yes! That's called a personal request. If a listener has a green chat button they have listed themselves as online and ready to chat.
If they are not online, you can leave a message. Some listeners spend a lot of time here and will respond quickly, others aren't here so frequently so depending on who you message you might be waiting for days or longer to hear back.

I do suggest looking at the listener's profile first. Some have opted to check off ftom the list of topics, and you can filter by topic with the browse listeners options too.

You can send a personal request to a listener! Typically if the listener has their profile as available (green), then they are willing to talk to you :)
