Hello everyone!
My name is Maria and I joined 7cups yesterday!! I love art, reading and traveling! I joined this platform because I've been feeling really lonely lately and my mental health is getting a bit difficult to manage. I see a lot of people here are not able to find therapists because of financial reasons (I'm in the same boat too) and that makes me even more grateful that we can have such a community<33 I'd love to meet new people here so do come say hi! :))

I also like art and reading - what types of things do you like to read? Any favourite art pieces? I'm not so into travelling tbh, I find it kind of exhausting 😅. Where is somewhere you really want to travel to?
Loneliness can be such a difficult and isolating thing to manage :/ It can definitely affect our mental health! Hopefully this community can be a source of support to you! We have different communities, guides, group chats, forum posts and so much more!
