MEMORIES ARE FLASHING AGAIN!
Hello Everyone! Next week I'm going to my hometown. I'm not at all interested to go there, because at my hometown, It is the same place, same month, same date when I met a guy online. We had calls and chatting at my hometown. And we are not together anymore. That was a really toxic and traumatic relationship for me. I am scared to go there, because I know I will remember all those happy memories which will make me sad. Moreover, I won't get my personal space there to feel, and I cannot express myself as my whole family would be there. I have to go, no option is left. I don't know what to do. Pleasee help!!

I hear you, stranger. I'm not sure why going back to your hometown is not optional, but I've felt that way before so can relate! I hope that you can slowly replace sad memories with happy ones. Do you have any friends you can reach out to, to distract you from those unhappy times? Best wishes.
