I have a strange feeling

I can listen to others normally. When I listen to how I am speaking, sometimes I feel like listening to someone else speaking and feel like the voice coming from someone else. I know it's my voice but sometimes I feel like it belongs to someone else.

is it what your saying causing this ? i have found myself in those shoes when i am trying to say things i do not either believe or feel confident in speaking about.

Perhaps it's because I don't like speaking and I speak too little and I am not used to my voice.
