How to add threads to groups/communities

Hi, I'm new here.
I sometimes want to ask something or need help but I don't know where to find the community for that subject. But then, I see people's posts in many different communities.

@Amyleen17 The same way you made this one but I think you're only looking under the Newbie Tag which includes the Newbie, General, and 7 Cups Therapy Communities. There's many more under things like topics, peer groups, etc.
The below link helps with explaining how to access all the communities!
