...See more Hi everyone, I am new here. I need some reassurance/compassion. I've been working on that childhood memory where I was home alone hiding from a kid outside the house who wanted to hurt me. I don't remember how I felt then. Now I am feeling very alone with a lot of anxiety about dying! I'm imagining dying any second and it feels panicking. I haven't expected this memory would hold all of that. Could it? Or could it be other life events? Thank you for your support
