HI! im new here...
I dont have any idea how to start so Ill introduce myself.
Im 39 years old, I work and study, and i dont know whats happening to me, I used to be so strong, nothing could stop me, but then... i dont know whats happend but now Im having panic atacks, anxiety....
Maybe the work and study is too overwhelming and ya need to take a break for abit.. sometimes pushing yourself too much and having limited self care can cause lots of stress..
back in 2021 I was working, studying and dealing with a loss of my child and had to find ways to soothe myself..
so I’d have a day to myself and do nothing.. when I was studying (since it was online) I’d play amsr YouTube videos to help calm the brain.. Sometimes I’d study with a glass of wine..
id even take every second Friday off from work and study so I had self care time and Sundays were a day of rest from the world and other stresses..
I hope you find something that will help you through these feelings..

@ghettosmurf thank you! I know that studying and working is very stressful but due to the economic situation in my country I cannot afford to slow down, it is like a vicious circle.
I’d say you have some ptsd and that’s why you’re experiencing these feelings..
I know it’s hard to live and you have to keep going due to cost of living and wanting your business to succeed. Is it possible to have another person help you with your job whether it be paperwork or not so that can alleviate some of the pressure and stress..
hope you find a solution to help with all your stresses..
NO MATTER YOUR OBSTACLES FROM THE PAST YOU HAVE COME THROUGH THEM BE PROUD OF YOURSELF..
@ghettosmurf Thank you very much for your words, that idea crossed my mind but I thought... that is for people who have survived really serious things in life, nothing happened to me... yes, I tend to minimize problems and believe that they do not Nothing's wrong with me, I just need to rest, that's all... I guess that's part of why I got to this point.
How do you feel? I can understand that this is happening to me too.
@charmingGlobe107 Hi! I chated with a listener and makes me feel so much better being truly honest with someone about how I feel and whats happening to me. My trigger right now are weekends, sadly we have the worst neightbours, they are rude, loud, every weekend put music so loud that you cant hear a movie or talk into your own room, its horrible! and police do nothing.
