Hey guys! I initially joined 7 Cups in 2017 and was active for a few months, but I took a 6 year hiatus because my mental health was getting worse very quickly. After seeking treatment I rediscovered this site and decided to come back; I remembered just how much everybody here helped me out.

A little bit about me: I am currently in college; outside of academics, I participate in choral singing, archery, and community service. I also enjoy crossword puzzles, listening to music, and playing Nintendo games (specifically Kirby :D). I have GAD (generalized anxiety disorder), social anxiety disorder, and possibly depression as well; I intend to seek support and offer support to the best of my ability.

I'm glad to be back, and I hope I can get a chance to meet some of you :)
