how do one explains anger management. one may say your angry for some reason but the plan is to find a solution to maximize the situation of ones mindset.if one come to you with negativity as being angry for any reason how do solve the body language and with the mindset from not being angry. frustation,madness, angry all build up with having so many thoughts running thru their cerbellum or should i say brain/cebreullum mindset pertaining to one trying to cure your emotions that been bottle up which leads to having in anger management
