gender filters

I'm wondering why there aren't gender filters that members can use to make sure they get preferred gender listener. I'm sure there are persons who have sensitive issues and would prefer a particular gender.

@Matthew2414 When browsing listeners there is a option. Choices are male, female and non-binary.
