Well, you see my other member account got banned because I told some listeners that I don't think that they can help me because their profile doesn't state that they deal with my specific problem. so they replied they were offended then after that I can't access It

Hi there! I'm sorry this happened to you. You could try emailing support@7cups.com and in the future I'd suggest using the browse listener page for listeners that deal with your specific topic rather than putting out a general request--can help you streamline the process a little better
