What count as a Christmas movie?

So I have heard there's some movies people consider "Christmas movies"  just because one scene is at Christmas Time.  I'm not sure,  but I think Die Hard is what I'm thinking of.

So i want to make two arguments here-if that's a "Christmas movie" I can claim that both 1955's Lady and The Tramp movie and the 1961 101 Dalmatians movie   can be consider "Christmas movies"

My reasoning being in the 1955 Lady and the Tramp  the movie bookends with Christmas Scenes- Dearly is given a  Lady (as a puppy) at Christmas time and we book end with another Christmas when Lady has her own family of dogs.

For the 1961 101 Dalmatians film- I can argue it's a Christmas move because the end of the movie is around Christmas time since I think Antia is doing Chirstmas Oratments on the Christmas tree.

@Disneywoman

in my opinion, these don't classify as Christmas movies specifically, just that they have Christmas in them, like any other holiday or theme. following your argument, another one that comes to mind is the movie based on the musical RENT.

@Heather225  It's not sure what movie it is but I think it's Die Hard is centered around Christmas Eve.   Using the same Logic I could say that those two movies are "Christmas movies"  because its Christmas twice in the 1955 LAdy and the Tramp-bookends at Christmas time- Lady as a Puppy and Lady with her own Puppies at the end of the film.

And for the 1961 101 Dalmatians Antia is dealing with a Christmas Tree, when the Pongo, Perdita, and the 99 puppies come home.  some people think it's Christmas Eve  when the 101 Dogs returns to the Antia, Roger and Nanny
