does anybody have anything to help with grief for losing a loved one, anticipatory grief (when the death is expected) of a parent and preferably for teens/young adults for specifics? a grief guidebook in general would be greatly appreciated as well ❤️

While researching, I came across a very detailed self-help guide (it has a particular section on losing a parent as well). You can check it out here.
