My friend diede one week ago
My friend who lived in another city, far away from where I live , passed away one week ago...this evening his twin brother text me about this...we didn't text for 3 month because we worked a lot and my mental healt status...but now I feel really bad...a bad persone a bad friend and a really bad human...i don't know what to think, what to do, i don't know...it happened so suddenly...i don't really know what to do

From the sound of it, you seem to have a lot on your plate. It's not that you don't care, or somehow failed. You're dealing with a lot..... and that's okay. It doesn't make you a bad human being.

I’m so sorry for your loss, you can’t blame yourself for not being in touch everyone has busy lives / things to do etc. don’t be too hard on yourself, I hope you heal .
@Little9498 my deepest condolences for your loss. grief looks different for everyone and it can be such a painful experience. I relate to having lost my best friend, and like you I had a lot of questions, and not many answers. your feelings are valid, and you have a community of compassionate people here to support you if you need it <3
