I hate it here. The only way I can manage to stay positive is to try to think about the future. My past drags me down and my present has it’s good moments and bad, but the bad ones hit me so hard. I completely break down. Hysterical crying. It only takes one small thing to push me over the edge. Been using medical marijuana to help and it seems to for a time. But now I’m at the point where if I’m not on it I’m a hair trigger...

Sometimes emotions get really big and difficult to carry on your own. Sometimes you need to cry. Those things are okay. These are signs that you have things you need to process and have heard. Feel your emotions, sit with them for awhile, and then thank them for their lessons and tell them goodbye until you see them next time. Being at peace with the moment of feeling, and being able to send it away with respect, can let people feel like they have more stability even when their emotions are overwhelming.
