Sad and isolated
I'm pregnant with his child and he really left bad thoughts with me. I won't won't into what he did but when he assaulted me sexually I was frightened and I just cant escape what happened

It is definitely very useful to have people in your life that can support you and that you can rely on. It is so much harder to recover from trauma alone. Do you have the option to talk to a therapist or anything like that?

I really know how hard this is, but please try your best to avoid isolating yourself, isolation can make everything so much worse.
I'm confident you can overcome all this in time. Know that you are not alone.
