1. Whenever the memory of trauma triggered say yourself that-" I am not scared of it". "I am not feeling shame". "You can't do anything to me". This will reduce the fear

2. Keep yourself busy. Whenever you get free time start doing meditation.

3. If you are feeling better then praise yourself but don't stop meditating and excercise.

@dreamKitty4292 Thank you for the post! Please keep in mind that many people with trauma have trouble with meditation because it can be triggering and make things worse

@mytwistedsoul I can understand but do only selective meditations it will help. It will work slow but it is effective
