Anyone know tips of helping when feeling overwhelmed by everything in the past?

Have you tried any grounding techniques? These can be helpful. Concentrate on your breathing? There is the 5,4,3,2,1 technique, naming five things you can see, four you can touch, three you can hear, two you can smell and one you can taste or would like to taste. Hope this helps :)
