I have a question on PTSD/ TRAUMA

I tried to find a forum for PTSD but it didn't come up with anything so I ain't sure if this is the right spot to put this if it isn't please let me know thank you

​​​​​​I've been having this on my mind for awhile now are there anything to help with PTSD medication advice what to do and how to help I've been trying to figure out what to do to settle it down a bit like I gave done with my anxiety and depression and panic attacks but this one I'm still trying to figure out and since I couldn't find any forums on PTSD and trauma I'm asking here how do you cope and what do you do to help ease it a bit and is there anything I can do to settle my PTSD thank you :)

In the Self Help Guides there is one at the bottom on "Traumatic Experiences". That may help.

I know there are threads that can help you connect with members and Listeners on PTSD, and maybe another friend can help you find the best one for you.
