Advice?

Any advice on how to deal with sexual abuse, the dreams that haunt me, the fact that I freak out with any human contact, fear of men, etc? How do I begin to cope?

i know that i just feel that i just dont know what to do feel down and all with what happen i havent told anyone really but it hard to listento this person say things and i just feel gross and want to get away

I was abused from 9 years, would love to talk. It never really goes awaybut it does get better.

What happened, happened. You and are not blame for any of it. WE WERE VICTIMS. Don't let it rule your life. I know you probably feel. betrayed and ashamed, the nightmare haunts you. Eventually they are fewer and fewer.Are you safe now? Do you need help getting out? You might want to talk to a counselor or someone you trust. you can talk tome. I won't judge. I've been there, I understand.

The first any most important is to remove yourself from the situation and make sure you are safe, get rid of any negative energy that brings up bad thoughts or memories. It will not be an easy road but every day you will make progress as long as you do things that make you happy and surround yourself with good people. Do not jump into things that make you feel uncomfortable such as being with a partner, you will find someone whp supports you and waits till youa are ready. As long as you are participating in fun activities that make you happy it will help. Join a support group with people going through the same thing as well.

Well you have taken some of the first steps...

There is no one answer or best tip. It really is something you will and need to find within you !

But please the more you handle it, talk about it, be honest about it and so on will help you to keep moving forward.

Think about what has most helped you cope, really cope.

Think about your life today.

Thank about where you want to be...

NOW...

When you have thoughts about it CRY OUT in your mind or Out LOUD. NO and NO MORE. I refuse to think about this or let it hurt me ANY MORE ! NO NO NO !!!

When you worry about someone touching you you also let it RULE YOU ! Think about what you really want and get it.

Take your power back, Fight for what you want. Stop using it as an excuse !

Really sit and think about you and what you want and take the power back.

It was not your fault, it was not what you wanted, it was wrong, right. And YEAH no one wants to admit this but sometimes we think at the time we might have wanted it, depending on the situation or we liked something about it. Or we think so. It happens.

But really no we did not and it was maybe just a reaction to the things about it.

You need to find out what is really haunting you about it all and then you will know what you are dealing with.

You have to be honest with YOU !

And it is ok. Time does less it.

Talk to someone to help you find the answers within you !
