introduction and sort of trauma dump

hiii, i’m lili, i’m 13, and i’m new to this group

so, basically, i’ve had a rough life, sexual harassment, emotional abuse, physical abuse, *** parents.

over the past year, i’ve noticed that i’m displaying symptoms of cptsd, which i guess would be accurate, since it was long periods of extreme stress

other than that, i struggle with other problems related to trauma, and tbh, it’s hard, i can’t trust people and i have a lot of mental health issues, so i haven’t really opened up to people in real life
