Don't do it alone please don't hurt yourself more just open up text someone who can comfort you if you none text me but don't do it alone i don't want you to go through it alone.

thank you for posting this. we use to not be ableĀ  to find blessings. but a dear friend gave us very tiny ones. like we have shelter and food. we still alive and safe now. we can come online and do things. she gave us many more as we talked. now we findĀ  lots of blessings in our life. this thing she did helped us so much. also she hadĀ  me start a blessing journal, this still helps me on very dark emotional days. we have came from being emotionallyĀ  numb to learning to feel and name emotions. we still learning that one was never taught it as a child. we was told how we felt even when it was wrong. so to see the blessings and name them is big to us as it been part of our healing journey too.
