Is it trauma?
I hate it how some things lead to those moments replaying in my head..making my most happiest moments into the most miserable ones..

Greetings, Shade,
Thank you for your post. I can relate to my happiest moments unraveling due to the reliving of memories. This might be a sign that now is a good time to develop a relationship with your triggers so you can better understand what's coming up for you. Developing an action plan can help you navigate those painful moments by remaining in the present moment and reminding yourself that you are safe. The ability to self-soothe and hold compassion for yourself in these moments cannot be overstated. Try to be gentle with yourself during this time. The nature of trauma can be highly subjective so it stands to reason that what you're experiencing could certainly be related to unresolved trauma.
What does your support system look like?
