I feel sad. A lot of sad. A lot of the time. And most of time host is good at being an adult but right now no want to be an adult and and we don’t know how to feel okay.

Hey friend! I know you’re going through tough time. Adulting is soo hard sometimes. It’s okay to not know how to feel okay. You know I’m always a message away. Maybe it will be helpful to write these feelings down in another poem to help release them a bit. <3 💜
