How has this week been for you? Do you have anything you would like to share about it? :)

Time is flying by isn't it? At least this whole new year things feels like it has only started a few days ago but we are well into January. I have challenged myself earlier and shared with you as well to be kind with myself for this year and just try to practice an act of kindness towards myself every day.

I have to tell you that it is tough to keep up for sure. The good part of it is tho that even if you might skip a day or two the kindness fot the next day can just be to not be too hard on yourself because of it. :)

I mean, I am curious, what is the last act of kindness you have practiced towards yourself? What is one thing that you could maybe do? :)

Remember that you do deserve all the kindness, support, and love coming your way and it is important to take some time for yourself and be patient and kind with yourself.

You are doing an amazing job and I am proud of you no matter what! :)

Of course, as always, all of the above questions are optional and there is no pressure on you to answer any of them. It is perfectly fine if you would just like to say hi or sit around for us for a minute. We are always glad to have you here with us no matter what. :)
