Good morning everyone. I hope everyone woke up feeling better than yesterday.

How are you doing overall? Your emotional wellbeing, your health and perhaps how you see the world today.

Overall, I'm a bit scattered and feeling a tad uprooted, but I'm still healthy and getting stronger by the day. I'm gently transferring myself into a different pot right now, and the transfer, although stressful, is still getting me lots of sunshine!

@Jackie I am feeling pretty good. My abuser(from childhood) has a common name that I hear people say many times throughout the day As a result of this I get flashbacks quite often.I used to suffer greatly during these flashbacks. I have been able to tolerate them much better lately by saying affirmations each time they happen. (I also spoke with a therapist about what was causing me so much shame and guilt, something that I had never told a anyone). The therapist helped me also. But today I managed to do something that I haven't had the courage to do. I was asked if I remembered the name of someone famous who happens to have the same first name as my abuser. I answered the question and I said his name out loud. I've been afraid to speak his name for years. But I did it. I survived my flashbacks after saying it and I'm okay.
