13 , and after a seizure i found out i have epilepsy

yesterday i had my first ambulatory eeg , and it feels dehumanizing.and i'm scared

@optimisticSpring841 Hi Spring. I hope you're doing okay. I'm so sorry to hear that you learned you have epilepsy. I can imagine that's really hard for you after finding this out. I have seizure risk- epilepsy- from cranitomy done bacterial meningitis of my brain. Access left temporal lobe. There are mini plates and screws. This was 9 years ago. I am seizure free. Never any LOC. Last 2 eegs- no epiletiform activity. I still continue to research epilepsy and keep learning

i got epilepsy to but have my whole life mine is from chromosome syndrome and intractable epilepsy because medicine doesn’t work good for me and never makes seizures completely go away but I am here if need some one that understands seizures ok
