Supportive Words Game
Hi Everyone 😊! Today’s post is going to be a word game. Here’s how to play: I will give you a supportive word and you have to come up with a another supportive word that starts with either the first or last letter of the word. So for example if the word was “Thoughtful” I would either post the word “Loving” (Because thoughtful ends with an L) or “Tender’ because thoughtful begins with a T. Here is Today’s word:

For me, a word I would like to post to go with heartfulness is the word Sincere. I wanted to use this word because I think being sincere is an important and positive attribute to have. What about you?

For me empathy helps me self care because when I am concerned for others, I do not get caught in the endless thoughts ruminating about my life.

because no matter how dark the days are, no matter how bleak the future may be, and no matter how I think everything just goes down the drain - just a flicker of hope can get bigger and bigger. And there will be circumstances and certain people who can help ignite that spark, until it lights up the whole dark tunnel.
