what can I do

uh hey I'm not sure if I'm doing this right but I just wanted to ask..

I can't go to a therapist because my parents are 100% unsupportive of that idea and I'm sure they're not going to be anytime soon and I'm not doing well lately at all and I can't even take time for my mental health (if I DID take time, I wouldn't know what to even do) because of exams deadlines and I'm so behind and I have no idea what to do and I didn't know where to ask (I'm not even sure this is the right forum for these types of questions, I'm sorry if it's not)

hello, I understand your concern, I am sorry that you dont have the support of your parents and that you don't have time but think that if you dont address your anxiety it would get worse even for the things you have to do like studying for the exams, when you dont take care of something happening inside it affects everything else. So maybe try online therapy or here you can find listeners that may help you at least to let it out.

@Angelxotwod This might be late, but I always stressed over exams. It helped me to handwrite and rewrite class notes, terms, and questions and answers. Use colors to write. If you procrastinate no matter what and cram, then plan to play a game or do something you enjoy during that wasted time and then cram. You will lift your mood first at least and relax your brain a little so you can retain the information. As for therapy type help, try looking for videos on youtube and searching on google things like anxiety, stress, mental pressure, calm down now, relaxation techniques, any random phrase you think of, search it. Reading one thing even if it sucks can lead you to something more useful.
