...See more uh hey I'm not sure if I'm doing this right but I just wanted to ask.. I can't go to a therapist because my parents are 100% unsupportive of that idea and I'm sure they're not going to be anytime soon and I'm not doing well lately at all and I can't even take time for my mental health (if I DID take time, I wouldn't know what to even do) because of exams deadlines and I'm so behind and I have no idea what to do and I didn't know where to ask (I'm not even sure this is the right forum for these types of questions, I'm sorry if it's not)
