i have been suffering with negative thinking my whole teenage to young adult life and i am already dreading to get past it. it makes my sadness and anxiety worse

hi! I've been in a similar situation. Sometimes I feel okay, and then I'm not. But one thing that helps me is by reading! You should check out the book entitled "the subtle art of not giving a fuck" :) It changed my perspective a bit. Hope you'll feel better
