Bad feeling

Since Saturday I have a massiv anxiety towards one person. I’m afraid to talk to this person and this person and I are not in good term right now. Everytime when I see that person my anxiety goes up and I’m so little compared to that person. My tears are even coming when I talk with that person or just see that person. I’m afraid that My anxiety goes worse everytime when I see that person! Does someone have a advice how I can stop that my anxiety is there and block my body completely?

@hanako03 I am sorry you are so anxious. It sounds like it could be something traumatic. Have you considered having a therapist that specializes in anxiety and trauma

I do exercises like 5 minute Tai Chi and Adriennes complete beginner yoga on youtube and it helps me avoid anxiety more.

Thanks for the advice! I will do those exercises on YouTube to see if they help thanks for that! I hope the anxiety will go away and I go to a therapist in a while

@hanako03 sometimes one thing alone does not help us but many things working in different ways can make a difference. All the best to you.
